I did the webinar today - and survived! It is pretty intimidating to know that 1,500 have signed up. I am grateful for the comments of various of the listeners!

  • Already the years of papers and information piles are no longer a snowstorm in my head. Thank you so much!
  • At last a filing system that is easy and fun to use. Best system I've come across for my way of doing things.
  • Awesome VISUAL organizing. Makes it clear and easy to see where the records are filed and where they should be returned after looking at them. A great service that you are offering these webinars to the public. What a great way to share with so many people. It just makes the Genealogy world get better!
  • Best Webinar I've attended!  Easy to do, simple, thorough, fits my immediate need.  Explained very thoroughly and "not over my head".
  • The presenter's enthusiasm was contagious and inspiring.
  • I am so eager to get started on this system. I've been trying to figure out how to organize all of my stuff for months now and Mary has helped me immensely. Great workshop!!!
  • I'd read about the system on FamilySearch but seeing it with the great slides and having the "inventor" do the seminar was priceless.
  • Loved this webinar! I am now feeling a little less overwhelmed about my ever-growing paper piles knowing that there is a system I can use to finally get myself organized.
  • This is BY FAR the most AWESOME !!!! webinar I have viewed! Please give Mary Hill my most grateful thanks for a great job well done, both with the webinar and for her WONDERFUL filing system! Thank you!!!
  • This was fantastic! I have struggled so much to find an organizing system that would work for me. I have files, but still have trouble. Mary's system looks like the ideal solution for the way I think.  Can't wait to get started!

I will be presenting a webinar on Friday, November 4, 2011 at 12 noon Mountain time, or 2pm Eastern time. I developed and taught this genealogy organization system for 10 years at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, as well as at a number of family history conferences in the United States and Canada. I am excited that the genealogy software program, Legacy, invited me to present a webinar on my system to organize your genealogy records! You can sign up for the webinar at http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/Webinars.asp

Here's a summary of what I will be teaching. Hope to see you Friday!
